At Fartàritx, in the heart of Mallorca's Tramuntana mountains, we developed this ritual to mindfully support women through all phases of their cycle and life. The VITEX set combines traditional herbalism with modern phytoscience.

This set combines four components for your daily self-care:
CICLO VITAL Elixir (500ml): The foundation. An herbal extract with chaste tree, sage, rosemary & lavender. Traditionally valued for supporting women's well-being.
VITEX Tincture: The Impulse. High-quality extract from the seeds of the chaste tree – popular for supporting the monthly cycle.
VITEX Hydrosol (Cosmetic): Clarity. A gentle plant water for refreshment and care. Ideal for a clear complexion.
ROSA Hydrolat (cosmetic): The heart. Gently cares, moisturizes and pampers with a harmonizing fragrance.

Application & Instructions.
To allow the ritual to fully unfold, we recommend regular use over a period of at least 2-3 months.
Your morning ritual:
Inner balance: Enjoy 1 tablespoon of CICLO VITAL in a glass of water.
Clarity: Generously spray VITEX Hydrolat on face and décolleté.
Radiance: Use the pink hydrosol as a fragrant finishing touch.
Your evening ritual:
To calm down: Take 2-3 sprays of VITEX tincture (let it take effect briefly in the mouth).
Refreshment: Use the VITEX hydrosol again for skincare.
Centering: End the day with the relaxing scent of Rosa hydrosol.
