Why do our herbs smell so intense?

Because they have to fight.

Up here in the Tramuntana mountains, nothing is given to the plants for free. Hot summers, stony soils and harsh winds mean pure stress for them.

But it is precisely this struggle for survival that is our secret: to protect themselves, our wild herbs produce extremely high amounts of essential oils and antioxidants. They grow more slowly and remain smaller, but their inner strength is many times more concentrated than that of pampered plantation produce. What you smell is the pure resilience of nature.

We didn't seek out this place. It found us.

Fartàritx is no ordinary place. At an altitude of 450 meters, in the harsh air of the Tramuntana mountains, plants must fight to grow. It is precisely this resistance that makes them so strong. I, Heidi, have made it my mission to capture this untamed power – not through industrial processes, but through patient craftsmanship that respects the rhythm of nature.

The cultivation

We import nothing. Every leaf, every flower grows on our soil. Without chemicals, irrigated by mountain springs and strengthened by the Mallorcan sun.

The refinement

From field to jar it's just a few meters. In our manufactory, we process the harvest immediately – by hand, in small batches, to preserve the full potency of the essential oils.

The time

True quality cannot be rushed. Our macerates mature over weeks, following the rhythms of the sun and moon. Time is our most important ingredient.
