Chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus) is considered the most important plant in modern women's health for gently reminding the body of its natural rhythm. This tincture is a highly concentrated extract designed to restore balance during periods of imbalance. Whether for irregular cycles, mood swings before menstruation, or during phases of hormonal change (such as perimenopause), Vitex provides a herbal stimulus to help the body rediscover its own equilibrium.

The plant: We exclusively use the ripe seeds (fruits) of the chaste tree, which grow on Fartàritx in the heart of the Tramuntana mountains. The seeds contain the highest concentration of valuable ingredients (such as iridoid glycosides and flavonoids).

Production: The seeds are carefully harvested by hand at their perfect ripeness and immediately macerated in organic alcohol. We allow this process ample time. This results in a so-called "full-spectrum extract" that contains the plant's entire active ingredient profile – unlike isolated industrial preparations.

Chaste tree is a plant of patience. It works slowly, but profoundly.

Your daily ritual: Ideally, take the tincture in the morning (as chaste tree is traditionally best metabolized in the morning).

Dosage: Apply 2-3 sprays daily directly into the mouth or into a little water.

Important: To achieve a noticeable change, VITEX should be taken consistently for at least 3 months (3 cycles). Give your body time to adjust to the rhythm.

Interactions: May affect the action of dopamine agonists (e.g., Parkinson's medications).
