AMARG

AMARG is a tribute to the forgotten tradition of bitter herbs.
Bitter is healthy – but has almost disappeared from our modern diet. This elixir brings it back: The potent bitter compounds from chicory root and wormwood are a balm for the stomach and intestines, especially after rich meals. Rock rose and mint round off the flavor, creating a modern digestif ritual – entirely without high-proof alcohol.

The production method: The roots and herbs are dug up and harvested on Fartàritx. The extraction in a sweet and sour oxymel (honey and vinegar) harmoniously integrates the bitter substances, making them easily digestible.

The ritual of the middle: Enjoy AMARG directly after your meal. Mix a tablespoon with a little water (like a shot) or a full glass. Tip: An excellent non-alcoholic aperitif or digestif for dinner parties.
