The plant: We harvest the buds of the hawthorn (Crataegus) in the pristine valleys of Fartàritx, just before they burst open. The production: The fresh buds are immediately macerated in a mixture of organic alcohol, water, and organic vegetable glycerin. This process takes several weeks to fully extract the plant's embryonic growth potential.
